How to Add an Theme to your Desktop
First, click the size of the theme you want. Next unzip the file (Do you have Winzip?) Then copy the files into your themes folder (usually C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes). Finally click the Start Menu>Settings>Desktop Themes to apply the theme settings you desire.
