If you are downloading a theme that is from ftp://win95themes.grnet.gr/pub/pc/win95.themes/ and is having problem accessing the site. It must be due to heavy traffic congestion. The good news is that there are two other FTP sites that stores the same themes. Their URL are listed below:

ftp://ftp.cc.monash.edu.au/pub/win95.themes/

ftp://ftp.livewire.com.au/pub/win95.themes/

Example: Let's said the download link is

ftp://win95themes.grnet.gr/pub/pc/win95.themes/xyz.zip, you will have to change it to either:

ftp://ftp.livewire.com.au/pub/win95.themes/xyz.zip

ftp://ftp.cc.monash.edu.au/pub/win95.themes/xyz.zip
