How to Change Icons in Windows
First,download the zip file of icons you want.
Next,unzip it with an unzipping utility. (Don't have one? Try WinZip).
Here is the tricky part: Windows allows you to simply change the five main desktop
icons from the Control Panel>Display>Effects tab. But if you want to easily
change the rest of your system's icons,you are going to need a cute little
icon utility. I suggest downloading Easy Icons. It allows you to customize any
icon imaginable. For an intense graphical rush,you better try Easy Icons.
